The Stylish Hound operates both as a grooming service provider and an online retail shop offering dog accessories including collars, leads, beds, toys, clothing, treats, food, and stationery. We curate products that are sourced locally when possible, and some items may be personalised upon request.
4. Grooming Services
Grooming services are provided at our physical location in Stow-on-the-Wold. Appointments must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise the safety or wellbeing of the dog, our staff, or other customers.
By booking a grooming appointment, you confirm that:
- Your dog is in good health
- You have disclosed any behavioral issues or medical conditions
- Should you dog suddenly be taken ill, you authorise us to seek emergency veterinary care if required, at your expense
Grooming services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please speak to us immediately so we can address your concerns.
5. Online Shop

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours or product details will be completely accurate.
5.2 Pricing
All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty. Please check all personalisation details carefully before confirming your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors in information you have provided.
