Shipping Methods

All online orders are dispatched via Royal Mail standard delivery service. Standard delivery typically takes 1-3 working days from dispatch, though we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes as this is dependent on Royal Mail’s service.

Collection Option

We offer free collection from our shop in Stow-on-the-Wold for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. Our shop address is:

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent. Please note that personalised items may require additional processing time.

Tracking

Tracking information is not automatically provided with standard Royal Mail delivery. If you require tracked delivery, please contact us before placing your order to discuss alternative arrangements.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service, but we will do our best to resolve any delivery issues.

Failed Deliveries

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your order, they will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local sorting office. If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
