Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. This applies to online and distance purchases only and does not apply to grooming services or in-store purchases.

Exceptions to Returns

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Dog treats (opened or unopened)
  • Dog food (opened or unopened)
  • Items that have been personalised or made to order
  • Items that have been opened and come into contact with your dog for hygiene reasons

How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return
  2. Return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us
  3. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  4. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us
  5. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have sent you an incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographs and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

For faulty items, we will:

  • Provide a full refund including original shipping costs, or
  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Personalised Items

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we have made an error in the personalisation. Please check all personalisation details carefully before confirming your order.

Grooming Services

Grooming services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with a grooming service, please speak to us at the time of collection so we can address your concerns immediately. We are committed to ensuring your dog looks their best and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Cancellations of grooming appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
